Whitley Pool

Fish Legal has made a claim on behalf of the Lymm Angling Club which holds fishing rights on Whitley Pool which has suffered periodic pollution and a fish kill in 2019. The pool has high levels of ammonia and heavy metals suspected to emanate from a landfill site owned by the council.
